How do I purchase concert tickets?
Customers can purchase tickets online or in person during nighty business hours Thursday-Sunday.

Other than cash, we accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Cotton Eyed Joe gift cards. We do NOT accept checks.

*COTTON EYED JOE strongly discourages purchasing tickets through ticket brokers or third party ticket
sellers and is not responsible for any damages or inconveniences incurred through the use of third party ticket sellers.

Is there a service fee to purchase tickets?

Tickets purchased from Cotton Eyed Joe in person are not subject to additional fees. Tickets purchased online will include a service fee & processing fee.

How do I get my tickets I purchased online?

Tickets purchased online will be held at the WILL CALL booth for pickup on the day of the show. CEJ WILL CALL both normally opens at 6pm the day of the show. Sorry we do not offer E- Tickets or printable tickets at this time.

What is WILL CALL?

This is where you pick up the tickets purchases on-line. Must have proof of ticket purchase or Valid ID of the name that the tickets were purchases under. Will call opens at 6:00pm with the doors to the club.

Can I pick up online tickets before Will Call opens?

No. Sorry, tickets purchased online must be picked up during WILL CALL hours.

Do I have to be there at 6pm to pick up my Will Call Ticket?

No. You can pick them up anytime AFTER 6pm. If the WILL CALL booth closes before you arrive the WILL CALL list moves to the front door and you can pick your tickets there.

Does Cotton Eyed Joe offer reserved tables for concerts?

No. Sorry tables & chairs are first come first serve. Some select shows offer VIP stage table seating for a fee on top of the ticket price. Please call during day time phone hours for more information.

Is there Handicap/Wheelchair Seating for concerts?

Yes. Please call during office/phone business hours for more information.

What is the ticket refund policy?

There are no refunds concert tickets. A concert cancellation is the only exception to this policy; See below for the cancellation policy.

What is the cancellation policy at Cotton Eyed Joe?

If a concert is cancelled, you are entitled to receive a full refund at the point of purchase. Cotton Eyed Joe makes every effort to re-schedule a concert in the event of a cancellation; however, due to timing differences and artist availability we will not honor tickets from a cancelled performance. All guests who purchase their tickets in person must bring their tickets back during normal business hours to obtain a refund.

Can someone else pick up tickets even though they are purchased under my name?

YES! They will need your registration detail email and you will need to include info releasing the tickets from yourself to them. Please Include the first & last name of the person picking up the tickets. * please note all tickets will be given to the person that presents the email.
